#1 Fairway Village

At The End of Your Stay

  • Wash, dry, and return all towels/bed linens to the bathroom or linen closet
  • Clean kitchen and both bathrooms (including dishes and refrigerator)
  • Wipe down tabletops and surfaces
  • Sweep/Vacuum kitchen, bedroom, living room, and stairs (if necessary)
  • Take all trash out to the outside bin
  • Turn the heat down to 55 degrees before leaving
  • (During the Winter) Open the cupboard doors under bathroom and kitchen sink
  • Close the windows and blinds
  • Make sure all lights are turned off, all kitchen appliances are unplugged, turn off TV
  • Make sure the garage lights are turned off and door is closed
  • Return the fireplace gas key to the hook above the fireplace

Payment Information

  • Methods: Credit Cards via Stripe and Paypal. Checks are only accepted if full payment is sent and received prior to your stay, please book via our Contact Us page if paying by check.
  • There is a 25% down payment required prior to booking your reservation. This is non-refundable if your reservation is not cancelled 3 days before your stay or sooner. Your remaining balance will be due at the end of your stay.
  • Damages: There is no damage deposit however you are responsible for any damages you incur during your stay.
  • Pet Fees: There are NO pet fees, even fur-babies need a vacation 😊

#7 Fawn Lane

At The End of Your Stay

  • Wash, dry, and return all towels/bed linens to the bathroom or storage containers
  • Clean kitchen and bathroom (including dishes and refrigerator)
  • Wipe down tabletops and surfaces
  • Sweep/Vacuum bedrooms, common area, and kitchen
  • Take all trash out to the outside bin
  • Turn the heat down to 58 degrees before leaving
  • (During the Winter) Open the cupboard doors under bathroom and kitchen sink
  • Close the windows and blinds
  • Make sure all lights are turned off, all kitchen appliances are unplugged, turn off TV
  • Return the hot tub key to its place in the kitchen above the toaster on the wall hook
